We’ve Got You Covered

Hello everyone!  Here we are already into June, I wish I had the ability to slow down the hands of time for just a little bit and enjoy the summer a little more before it is gone.

A new month means I get to share great new promotions from Close to my Heart!  This month when you purchase any My Legacy Scrapbook Album  you will automatically qualify to to receive a second album for half price.  Our albums are truly one of a kind and I love them!  I have several of them in a variety of colors and patterns.  I personally like the Post-bound Album over the D-ring merely because I feel the memory protectors stays more secure however, this is definitely a personal preference and you have to decide what you would like better.  A lot of people chose D-ring for their Pocket Scrapbook Albums and Post- bound for traditional scrapbooking.

Here are some facts about our My Legacy Scrapbook Album:

What traditional Scrapbook albums does Close To My Heart offer?

Close To My Heart offers both post-bound and D-ring album styles. Each style comes in six different colors: Black, Grey, Brown, Navy, Teal, and Red. All albums feature durable faux leather covers. It is not recommended to emboss the albums.

What are the dimensions for the albums?

Post-bound: 14″ × 2 1⁄2″ × 12 1⁄2″ (finished)

   D-ring: 15″ × 2 1⁄2″ × 13″ (finished)

What are the primary differences between the D-ring and Post-bound album styles?

The main difference is the mechanism that holds the pages in the album. There is also a small difference in size. D-ring albums feature a D-shaped ring that snaps open and closed. If you want to create a pocket scrapbooking album, we recommend this album style because the pages will lie flat.

Post-bound albums feature straight posts with a screw. When the screw is removed, additional pages can be placed in the album. You then close the album by replacing the cover and screwing it closed. We recommend using Memory Protectors with a full gutter in your post-bound albums.

How many Memory Protectors fit in an album?

There is no fixed number of Memory Protectors that fit into either the D-ring or post-bound albums. The number depends entirely upon the weight and thickness of the layouts.
